Mornington Racecourse Market
Mornington is one of the Peninsula’s most appealing coastal towns and its famous Racecourse Market has been a monthly highlight since 1994. The well treed site provides shade in summer and protection in the colder months.There’s an undercover area as well, but regardless of the weather, thousands of regular marketgoers always keep the second Sunday of every month as their ‘Mornington day’.
2nd Sunday of each month 8am to 2pm (Steelscape normally under the pine trees).
Red Hill Market
Red Hill is the ‘grand dame’ of Victoria’s craft markets. Located in one of the State’s most picturesque settings, Red Hill Community Market started in 1975 as a community based event where 28 local producers and crafts people came to sell and barter their goods and excess produce. While the bartering is a thing of the past, the atmosphere, colour and excitement of those early years is still very much alive.
1st Saturday of each month 8am to 1pm
